When placing an order, Schools will be asked for an order reference and their Local Authority.

Schools will be automatically invoiced for the products ordered unless a cheque is received with order or card payment is requested on the phone.

Downloadable and Physical Products from www.teachersdozen.uk

To purchase you need to

  • have registered with the website and be logged into your account
  • find the products through Browsing the categories or using the search box
  • add each product to your basket
  • click on "basket" at the top right of your screen correct and follow the instructions

Access to Purchased Downloadable products

Downloadable resources ordered will be available on the School's account once the invoice has been processed by Twelvebaskets admin. If you need urgent instant access to a download visit www.twelvebaskets.co.uk where items can be purchased by debit or credit card and access is given as soon as HSBC has processed payment.

School Annual Subscription to twelvebaskets.co.uk

Schools wishing to subscribe to the twelvebaskets.co.uk resource sharing website can order and be invoiced for the subscription through the teachersdozen.co.uk Website, once purchased the subscription should be accessed via www.twelvebaskets.co.uk. Instructions will be sent to schools once the order has been processed.

School subscribers are held to the terms and conditions and information pages of held on the twelvebaskets.co.uk website.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unfortunate event of an item (purchased) being damaged or faulty please return the product immediately in appropriate packaging to keep the product safe from further damage. If we find that the fault or damage has been caused during production or original delivery the product will be replaced free of charge.

Returns

Twelvebaskets Ltd will refund or exchange an item if it is returned to us within 14 days along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. The returned item should be in good condition.

If a refund is required the customer may still be charged the original postage amount. Exchanges may incur extra postage charges to allow for two parcels to be sent.

If the return is due to a Twelvebaskets error, the customer will be offered a full refund or the correct product will be sent the customer by first class post at no extra charge.

Customers should keep a proof of postage for all items returned to Twelvebaskets so that claims can be made to Royal Mail should the parcel be lost in transit.

Lost In Transit

From Twelvebaskets to customer - If a parcel sent by Twelvebaskets goes missing, once we are notified Twelvebaskets will arrange for a duplicate package to be sent to the customer by first class mail.

From customer to Twelvebaskets - If a parcel being returned by the customer goes missing it is the customer's responsibility to claim the cost of the goods and postage from Royal Mail.
